Mermay 2019 art book
Another monthly art challenge! This time Mermaids in May where I decided to draw a bunch of Mystical Mermaids that don’t quite look like your typical Ariel. I really love combining creature design with challenges like this because it produces some really interesting designs.
It was completed through the month of May, one each day, and then printed shortly after as an art booklet. The booklet is currently unavailable but will be in stock on Amazon sometime in September 2020.
Printed and collected into one square 210x210 mm stapled artbook. 42 pages with full vibrant colour, silk pages and velvet cover finish. They are all laid out exactly as they were in my own illo book where I painted the originals with watercolour.
